Acceptance and WisLocalio's role

By using WisLocalio, you accept these terms. WisLocalio is a directory and promotional platform. It is not an employer, representative, agent, contractor or partner of any provider; it does not directly provide advertised services and is not a party to agreements between customers and providers. WisLocalio does not process payments.

Provider responsibilities

  • Accuracy of their information
  • Services, prices and estimates
  • Quality and safety of their work
  • Licences, permits, taxes and insurance
  • Compliance with applicable laws

Evaluating providers

Users are responsible for evaluating providers before hiring them. WisLocalio does not guarantee identity, licences, insurance, availability, quality, prices or results.

Prohibited content

  • False or misleading information
  • Illegal services or impersonation
  • Offensive content
  • Photographs without permission
  • Information about minors or sensitive information

Profiles, liability and changes

WisLocalio may reject, correct, suspend or remove profiles. To the extent permitted by law, WisLocalio will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the directory or agreements between users and providers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms may change.
